The old roadmap stays on this page, in full, exactly as the July 17, 2025 white paper printed it — because we are not going to pretend it said something else. We missed that stretch. This page scores it in the open, and then shows the next one: 2027 and 2028.
Q3 2025 — ETHOS launch, Solana wallet tracker, first internal CASS payouts. The launch landed: $ETHOS went live on Solana on July 16, 2025. The wallet tracker landed late — it arrived on November 1, 2026 as this portal's live position lookup and trades tape. The CASS payouts did not ship as written.
Q4 2025 — Eden kit integration, municipal incentives (Riverbank pilots). Missed. Neither shipped. Amended date for the Riverbank pilots: 2028, below.
Q1 2026 — Peer-to-peer ETHOS barter system; driver DAO testing. Missed. Both return in v2.1 below, re-dated in the open: the barter system to 2028, and the DAO to the governance ladder that ends at the 2028 vote table.
Q2 2026 — First carbon offset in ETHOS; PAW treasury crosses 1M $ETHOS. Split. The carbon offset missed; amended date: 2028, below. The treasury line was passed many times over: the house position stands at 131,696,861 $ETHOS, 13.17% of supply, readable live on this portal and confirmable on Solscan.
Q3–Q4 2026 — International licensing of Riverbank tech with ETHOS incentives. Missed. Amended date: 2028, below.
The stretch failed on dates, not on direction. What exists now that did not exist when that roadmap was written: a live portal reading the chain in the open, a public house position anyone can check, and supply drops already running by hand — 10,000 $ETHOS on July 31, 2026 and 700,000 $ETHOS on November 1, 2026, both on Solscan.
The transparency stack, finished. The holders board and the bubble map — built on this portal in November 2026 — run complete: every holder a bubble sized by position, a line drawn for every wallet-to-wallet send, the house's own wallets named. A lens for spotting patterns, not a verdict — and every figure on it confirmable on Solscan.
The Invite Game, Season 1. Invite a friend with a paired video on X, TikTok, or YouTube; when the pair is verified, a gift of $ETHOS lands and the line draws itself on the bubble map. Gift sizes and the round's close rule are announced before the round opens.
The holding ladder. Hold through 3, 6, 9, and 12 months and a milestone gift lands at each mark, verified on-chain by how long the wallet actually held, not by a snapshot.
$ETHOS spends beside CAD. The shelves take $ETHOS next to Canadian dollars: TriNeuroBrew, Carbon Kitchen treats, character packs, and PAW Academy courses. Portal figures read CAD first, with the USDT conversion beneath.
The graduation push. The community target for 2027 is the one the house has already named: grow the holder base past the bonding curve. The founder carried this token to a $63K USD market cap alone in 2025; the game exists so the community carries it further, together.
First carbon offset settled in $ETHOS. Carried from the 2026 roadmap and re-dated in the open.

The old roadmap is never deleted. The misses stay printed beside the plans. Every claim on this page is confirmable back to Solscan — nothing is taken on anyone's word, including ours. Drops are gifts. Nothing on this page is a promise of price, profit, or returns. Dates that slip will be re-dated in the open, the same way this page re-dates the ones above.
